I found your comment on my blog both interesting and useful. The latter would surprise you. Anyhow let’s get down to brass tacks.

You seemed to have informed the FLDMV that I used a pay site to get your information. So let us go through this

What Pay for information site was used to find this so called information?

What search terms was given to this pay for information site?

Where is the record where I asked for information from this site?

Where is the record that I DID get the information that I asked to be searched on the still unnamed site?

Most important of all, WHERE WAS YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET?

Now, if, as you have said you reported to the various agencies THAT I HAVE FOUND YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION AND PUBLISHED IT, you might be in a bit of trouble.

Also understand that if you DID go through with what you claimed to have done so, that it is now PUBLIC RECORD as to who the person is that shows up in any document. Under Florida law YOU CANNOT FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES ANONYMOUSLY. It is an amendment issue of a defendant having the right to know his accuser. In this case the accuser is YOU.

You might want to read up on Florida’s freedom of information laws. Our records here are more open than in any other state in the US or province in Canads.

I also notice that you have completely gotten away from the original questions I asked you in the first place.

Stay Tuned
