I have been flooded with screen shots, DM’s and other internet content concerning a dispute that has been going on between a Steubenville resident and a group of twitter account holders and a couple of blogs.

What surprises me about all of this is that most of this information is coming from people the person confided in and once considered loyal friends.

Some friends.

This is not the first time this has happened, of course. I have had this happen to me and I have also have had someone do the same thing, that is supplying me with e mails dm’s and screen shots from a private blog.

I had expected something like this to happen sooner or later. As certain events take place within a group, arguments break out, accusations start to be made and the net result is that outside “enemies” of the various individuals start getting unasked information.

In this particular case, I guess the senders of this information seem to have thought that I was going to join in on the criticism of the woman at the center of all of this since I have been the target of this person in the past.

I have decided not to fan the flames here since the woman’s actions were due more to the loyalty of the group that has now turned against her rather than any long term issues she may have had with me.

This just goes to show that some have misplaced loyalties with certain people who will turn on them on a dime.

This is a game I choose not to play.

Controversial  baseball player Jose Canseco has been accused of putting the home and work telephone numbers of a woman accusing him of rape on Twitter.

What is interesting about all of this is that the same people who engage in the practice of doxing came out in a rage because this happened.

Do not get me wrong, I strongly object to what Mr Conseco has been accused of doing. Under no circumstances should the woman’s information have been placed on twitter.

The problem here is that it seems that ONLY alleged rape victims are entitled to this protection. The very same people who are objecting to what happened to this rape accuser have engaged in the exact same practice.

The telephone numbers of policemen, accused rapists and their other targets, me included, have had ALL of their personal information put on the internet by these same people.

NOBODY should be targeted in the manner done by Mr Conseco. This needs to stop. There needs to be laws against this sort of thing and if there are any laws in place, they need to be enforced.

I find it hilarious that Prinnie jumps in to correct this information but failed to pick up a phone and confirm anything with the Steubenville case and let her followers believe such horrible lies.

Why didn’t she bother to do the same with the rape case to begin with? It would have saved a whole lot of people from being terrorized in the first place and from letting people a mob of people to form.

Seems like a highly orchestrated event to try to give Prinnie some form of credibility since it has been tarnished by her antics regarding Steubenville.

Maybe a book deal or Lifetime movie is about to be announced so she orchestrated this to look like she is respectable now?

Or is it because the GJ is about to reconvene on the 23rd and some form of credibility needs restored for media rounds?

If you can come out of hiding to prove that your own friends are liars and manipulators please have the common decency to answer the many questions that others have regarding your participation and manipulation of your followers for your own personal gain. You at least owe it to those who believed you and were led to believe MANY wrong things.”

It seems the local newspaper had gotten the story wrong when it reported that the individual was going to be sponsored by the senator to the Air Force Academy when the TRUTH was that he was seeking to JOIN the Air Force.

Just another example of how Goddard manages to screw things up by meddling where she does not belong.

Where was Alexandra H Goddard’s outrage when it was MY deceased son AND wife were being discussed on Radio’s blog and elsewhere?

Where was Alexandra H Goddard when Radio implied my son was not my BIOLOGICAL son?

It seems that this is yet another case of “do as I say and NOT what I do.”

It is Alexandra H Goddard and her minions that includes Radio and company that SET THE RULES. Those who post the things YOU are complaining about are the things YOU started posting about YEARS AGO.

A tad late to start whining now Alexandra. You should have thought about the consequences of YOUR actions YEARS ago.

The posts YOU are complaining about are products of YOUR creation.

Remember the law of unintended consequences the next time you decide to go around defaming someone and condoning the bringing in of deceased family members into your games.

Well, I just did. I have to report downtown on June 10th, 2013 which is an interesting date. First it is my wedding anniversary. Second, it is the commencement date for the high profile Zimmerman trial in the county just north of here. Since THAT trial is in an other judicial district, there is no worry there.

So now we come to how I will likely be excused from jury duty. In Orange County Florida, it is not easy to get out of serving. Anyone who watched the Anthony jury selection process saw that. Yes, the selection process took place over on the west coast, but it was an ORANGE COUNTY judge, and the top one who presided over the selection process as well as the trial.

The selection process is something akin to being a contestant in a tv talent contest. There are layers of disqualifications that usually start with the letter I got. There are a number of automatic excuses as well as a place at the bottom where one places a unique reason why they should be excused.

In my case it was because I traveled extensively as part of my work and thus would likely not be in town to serve.

Now that I am unemployed and on social security, that excuse went out the window.

This brings me back to my excuse for getting out of EVER serving on ANY jury ANYWHERE. I have a rather inept private detective to thank for this one.

It seems this nitwit decided he wanted to be the lap dog messenger for a group of anonymous bimbos and pass on counterfeit files attributed to me to various law enforcement agencies and to the very court that is summoning me to jury duty.

The counterfeit files contain statements attributed to me that would cause problems for either the prosecution or defendant if ever brought out in the process of the case if it involved certain parties or subjects.

Since one of the pending cases on the summer docket is Gonzalez v Anthony et. el. I will certainly not be sitting in on THAT one.

So, if you ever want to get out of serving on a jury, just get a group of internet haters to send crap about you to the court.

You will then be home free.

UPDATE: It seems that @JustBatCat outed himself as well according to an article in a hate and cyber abuse blog. There is a problem here, however. McKee has bragged about having FEDERAL connections, such things as interviewing FBI AGENTS and being close to a FORMER ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE FBI. These same “associates” are on her Follower Following lists. So when Michelle is speaking, The feds are listening.

I find myself having to apologize to my friends in Steubenville, Ohio regarding my article concerning a remark made by Michelle Lynn McKee.

I took Michelle Lynn McKee at her word that someone from Steubenville or affiliated with that city had made bigoted remarks regarding Alexandra Goddards new male companion.

In doing so I have wrongly assumed that someone from that group would be capable of such a thing. I have spent hours trying to track down the postings that Michelle Lynn McKee would have cited when making that twitter remark. None were found.

Thus I feel that I must apologize for making such an assumption of you fine people.

In the ongoing blog wars there have been some actions by BOTH SIDES that outsiders have considered inappropriate. Anger and the urge for payback have been at the forefront of some of these actions.

One action that caught my attention recently has been the mocking of a medical condition that Holly has posted about herself.

At the time I saw the postings of others making fun of her condition, I paid little attention to it as similar posts have been made by all sides in the ongoing disputes.

In retrospect, however, I see that it was not a good thing to be posting about.

Holly and I have an ongoing dispute between us. We are not what I consider friends.

However, that is no excuse for what has happened. I do wish Holly good luck in getting rid of the tumor and that she gets better.

I will be praying for Holly’s speedy recovery.

One of the sad legacies  of this country and the world is the continued prevailing racism and intolerance that exists among some today.

There is a hatred among one another in regards to race and certain life choices that some make. There are many areas I could go into in this regard but in this instance I am going to concentrate on interracial dating.

It should not matter to anyone if someone decides to have an intimate relationship of someone of a different race then theirs. Whatever makes them happy  should be all that matters.

I was made aware of the remark by Michelle L McKee and when I saw it, it bothered me tremendously. I consider myself a social progressive. I am tolerant of many lifestyles.

I have a network of friends and associates of different races, religions and lifestyles. I have no qualms or concerns about any of them nor how they live their lives. I would certainly hope that those I communicate with on twitter and elsewhere share my thoughts in this regard.

Alexandra Goddard and I are adversaries. We do not like each other. I have serious issues with her. I do NOT hate her. That is an emotion I reserve for the likes of Jodi Aries.

That said, In keeping with my beliefs, I can find no fault with her new companion. I wish the both of them well as their relationship grows.

I would hope that all of those who have issues with Ms Goddard would share this sentiment.

There is no room for hate and bigotry in discourse. It only muddies the waters.
